Vibration Diagnostics
IDI is currently developing a range of technologies applicable to aircraft,
automobiles and structures for integration into areas affected by
vibration-related damage. On board sensors provide information to operators
and associated support organizations which will enable the practice of
condition-based maintenance and consequent reduction in life cycle costs.
The information is related to the condition of the engine components, lubricatoin,
and fuel systems. In addition, IDI has developed technology for in-situ
monitoring of engine mounts and related structures.
